Screen printed glass

The screen printed glass can be stamped with a roller or a screen printed pattern. Ideal for creating unique appearances with colored applications or simple patterns that withstand the inclemency of weather and climate.

Printed-roller glass

The roller-printed glass undergoes a tempering process, which ensures perfect adhesion of the paint to the glass; the color will remain intact over time. This glass requires minimal maintenance and is ideal for facades or interiors. At Millet Glass Industry, we have the capability to print architectural glass up to 2600 mm wide by 5000 mm tall.

It is widely used to reduce lighting in areas, provide absolute privacy, and as spandrel glass to visually block building mezzanines. It can also be used as part of the architectural design.

The glass is screen printed with a stretched mesh in a frame that transfers the ink, leaving a pattern and/or shape printed on the surface. Used for better thermal control indoors and/or architectural decoration. Ideal for interior dividers, railings, doors, windows, facades, among others.

Screen printing is a printing process where ink is applied directly onto the substrate through a mesh. This mesh is stretched over a frame. The mesh will therefore have an image sealed onto it, which will reproduce our design. It allows ink to pass only through that sealed area, while the rest remains unprinted because it is blocked.

In the process, the frame is lowered onto the glass surface, and then the squeegee is slid over the mesh to drag the ceramic ink onto the design and deposit it onto the glass. At Millet Glass Industry, we have the capacity to screen print architectural glass up to 2600 mm wide by 5000 mm tall.
